Terms of Service

TRYKSA is a marketplace connecting customers with experience and activity providers in Saudi Arabia. The provider delivers the service; the platform facilitates booking, payment, and communication.

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed (or, for experiences that require provider approval, after approval and then payment). Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include any stated fees. Payment is processed via Paymob.

A seat may be held for a limited time to complete payment; the booking is released automatically if payment is not completed within that window.

•Follow all safety instructions and the provider's conditions.

•Experiences may carry age, health, or weather restrictions; please review the experience details.

The provider is responsible for the quality and safety of the service during delivery. TRYKSA takes reasonable care in selecting providers and presenting their information, and is not liable for damages resulting from a customer's failure to follow instructions or from circumstances beyond its control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
