•Booking data: your name, mobile number, email, and the experience, date, and party size you book.

•Account data: if you create an account, we store your email and a securely hashed password.

•Conversation data: your messages with our WhatsApp booking assistant, to process and follow up on your request.

•Technical data: device and browser type, and the essential cookies needed to run the site.

We use your data to confirm bookings and issue tickets, process payments, communicate with you about your request, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

•Experience providers: we share the booking data they need (name, mobile, booking details) with the provider to deliver the service.

•Payment processor: payments are handled securely by Paymob; we never store your card details on our servers.

•Legal requirements: we may disclose data when required by a competent authority under Saudi law.

We keep booking data for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet accounting and legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and passwords are stored in hashed form.
