Welcome to TryKSA. By accessing tryksa.com and making any booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. About TryKSA

TryKSA is a Saudi Arabia experience-booking marketplace operating under CR No. 7051016835. Contact: info@tryksa.com | +966 559507675.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and Provider confirmation.
• A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email from TryKSA.
• For experiences requiring Provider approval, confirmation may take up to 24–48 hours. Your card will not be charged until confirmation is received.
• If the Provider cannot confirm within the SLA window, your booking will be automatically cancelled at no charge.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payments processed securely via Paymob KSA. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay.
• TryKSA does not store your full card details. Tokenization handled by Paymob (PCI-DSS compliant).

4. Cancellation & Refunds

See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy. Summary:

• 72+ hours before: full refund.
• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: no refund.
• If TryKSA or Provider cancels (e.g. weather, safety): full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You must meet age, fitness, and health requirements stated on the product page.
• Arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may be turned away without refund.
• Follow all safety instructions given by guides and Providers.

6. Provider Liability

TryKSA acts as an intermediary marketplace. The activity is delivered by an independent third-party Provider. TryKSA is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during an activity except where caused by our own negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tryksa.com is the property of TryKSA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

8. Privacy

We protect your personal data in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). See our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes resolved in the courts of Riyadh.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
