Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TryKSA, we understand that plans change. Below are our cancellation and refund rules.

1. Customer Cancellations

When you cancel	Refund
72 hours or more before the experience	100% refund
Between 24 and 72 hours before	50% refund
Less than 24 hours / No-show	No refund

2. TryKSA / Provider Cancellations

If TryKSA or the Provider cancels for any reason (weather, safety, force majeure), you receive a 100% full refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Pending Bookings (Requires Provider Approval)

• Your card is not charged until the Provider confirms.
• If the Provider declines or doesn’t respond within 48 hours, booking is auto-cancelled with no charge.

4. Refund Processing Times

• Credit/Debit cards: 5–7 business days
• Mada: 2–3 business days
• STC Pay / Apple Pay: 1–3 business days
• Tabby / Tamara: per their platform policy

5. Rescheduling

One free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours before the original date, subject to availability.
